Management Board
|
The Management Board of VAB Bank is the executive body of the Bank responsible for the Bank’s day-to-day administration and representing the Bank in its dealings with third parties. The primary responsibilities that are vested in the Board are to provide management of VAB Bank’s affairs as well as to safeguard effective risk management and internal monitoring. The Management Board also pays special attention to the quality of corporate governance of the Bank, constantly improving the structure and methods of management. »
The Management Board convenes regularly throughout the year with the meetings scheduled no less than once a month. Additional meetings are called with appropriate notice at any time to address specific needs of the business.
Members as well as the Chairperson of the Management Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board.
The Management Board reports to the Supervisory Board with regard to current business operations and business planning, including any deviation of actual developments from the targets/plans set by the Supervisory Board.

Member of the Management Board since 2006. Over 17 years of experience, including over a decade experience in banking on managerial positions. Currently is responsible for subsidiaries operation.

With VAB Bank since 2006. Member of the Management Board since 2008. Over 10 years in finance being employed by financial organizations in UK and Lithuania (last position – Director of State Treasury Department of the Lithuanian Republic).
